Rachel Lucas, MBA, EA is a business entrepreneur with over 12 years’ experience working in the public and private business sectors. She is a native of Florida, born and raised in Pompano Beach, Broward County. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. Rachel continued her educational journey at Aspen University where she completed her Master in Business Administration.

 

Rachel served on active duty in the United States Navy from Nov 1999 to Nove 2003. Immediately after she completed her active duty tour, she transitioned into the Navy Reserves. 

 

Prior to starting her company, Rachel worked as an educator for Broward County Public Schools. Rachel soon realized there was a need to provide support and services to veteran business owners, inspiring veteran business owners as well as veterans who wish to transition into the cilvilian workforce. 

 

"As a veteran and business owner, I know first-hand the difficulties our veterans face when starting a new business or transitioning into the civilian workforce. My focus is to ensure all veterans receive the necessary resources, training and services to make their transition as smooth as possible".
