Why Join the Mentor Network?

• Today’s careers are built on strong personal networks.

• Share information with transitioning disabled veterans making a career change.

• Network with other patriotic citizens.

• Help an injured Solider, Sailor, Marine or Airman

 

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, there are two categories of Mentors.

 

• Sponsor Mentor: A sponsor mentor takes on a more one on one approach. They really get involved in the day to day activities of the service disabled veteran and become a source of strength for the protégé more in the traditional sense of the mentor.

 

• Support Mentor: If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands but want to get involved become a Support Mentor. There are several ways you can help open doors, be an advocate, provide information on the area and schools suggest mechanics, attorneys, etc.
